The L-shaped layout maximizes river views,
making the villa feel like a viewing platform. A pure white tone throughout
allows natural elements like wind, water, trees, and sunlight to become focal
points, enhancing the dwellers' experience.
The villa's basement features a swimming pool
with an atrium above, bringing sunlight and air into the reception area. This
design creates an open space filled with natural light. Stairs serve as
emotional transitions between open and private areas, connecting the living
room on the ground floor with additional living spaces on upper floors and the
basement.
